About Me

                                                          Hello and Welcome! I'm Tilly, sleep coach and mum to an energetic and sociable little girl, who's                                                                   definitely given me more than my fair share of sleepless nights...

                                                                                     

                                                      You're most likely here because you've been waking up bleary-eyed and feeling like you’ve barely slept. Perhaps it's because you're confused by all the conflicting sleep advice and are searching for some practical suggestions that you can implement right away, without any of that sleep training bullshit, am I on the right lines?

 

I got you! I felt this exact same way just a couple of years ago with my own little one, and that’s exactly why The Land of Nod was born. So that I could give parents, like you, practical, evidence-based and realistic sleep advice. That will actually make a difference

As a Holistic Sleep Consultant, I look at so much more than sleep! Often there are other factors that influence how our little ones sleep, including temperament, diet, underlying health issues etc, so through understanding the bigger picture we are better set up to improve sleep for the whole family. 
My sleep plans are always bespoke and based on your goals as a family, as well as what is developmentally appropriate for your little one. My approach is truly gentle and responsive and is always respectful of your little one's needs (both physical and emotional). The process of improving sleep is about us working together as a team, so I will never ask you to do anything you are not comfortable with. You are the expert on your child, I'm just here to provide you with the support that you need to get more rest!

This FREE 15 minute call is the perfect opportunity to discuss the 1:1 support options I offer and ask all of the questions! We can chat a bit about what it is you’re hoping to change and what might be the best support package for you.

We can also discuss if there might be some underlying issues going on that might need other specialist input, before you start making changes to sleep. I may be able to refer you to the appropriate professional to help you, or at least point you in the right direction. 

 

It’s also a great chance for us to get to know each other a little bit and see if we’re a good match to work together- with no obligation to book!

Perhaps the night-time wake ups or the way you’re getting them to sleep is no longer manageable and you’re desperate for a change but don’t know where to start. Do you want to wake up in the morning feeling refreshed rather than burnt out?

I got you! My 3 week intensive consultation package is perfect for tackling bigger changes to sleep and provides you with all of the support you need along the way!

What will you get?

  • initial 45 minute consultation call (following you filling in a questionnaire and sleep diary) 

  • Bespoke sleep plan, specific to your little one and your individual situation 

  • Daily whatsapp or email support for 3 weeks following our consultation  (mon-fri, 9-5pm) 

  • 1x additional 45 minute calls to discuss how things are going and see if any tweaks need to be made to the plan
